Game launching madness

How many of you launch your games through Steam, including non-Steam games?

I did this in the past, but then I discovered the brilliant and large icons people were making for EVERY game. It was so brilliant in fact that I just had to create a Games folder on my desktop and use these large icons to, well, look pretty. Am I the only one who does this?

I used to use RocketDock so I could have all of those pretty, pretty images, but it got kind of annoying, so I'm back to using normal icons.

I launch everything through Steam.

I like the Icons, they're purdy. I also used to use Rocketdock, the thing got really infuriating to use after a while so back or original icons.

I really dislike Rocketdock. I just keep all my shortcuts in a nifty little folder on my desktop.
