Just picked this up yesterday for cheap to try out the OnLive service. Anyone played this? I haven't really pursued this type of "tower defense" (analogous category?) game before, so advice? If this is fun, what other defense games can you recommend.

Dungeon Defenders and Sanctum are somewhat similar.
Sanctum is a tower defense FPS and Dungeon Defenders has multiplayer.

Dungeon defenders looks a little more my speed. If I'm to be slaughtering waves of enemies, I think a little cartoonish-ness is warranted. Call me old fashioned but more realistic doesn't improve the entertainment for me in most slaughter based games :-)

Its pretty fun, its definitely cartoonish if thats what you like. I haven't played many tower defense games but i think this ones pretty simple as they go, doesn't require immense amounts of thought. It'll be worth the money though, very fun.

I tried the demo of it and loved it I hope to get it one day. I'm not a huge fan of these types of games but this one grabbed my attention
