Just finished Arkham City.....fucking incredible

I have to say michael it's a shame you couldn't get into it. It's great in all the ways the first one was and so much more, and the story is epic. I can't be bothered to write everything i feel about it right now so i'm gonna let the rest of you say what you thought (those who've played it of course).

100% it is worth it. In fact you can get it for £15 now on greenmangaming but i don't it'll be there for much longer.

How do you guys think it compares to Arkham Asylum? I think I've read both that its better and not as good. Usually, its something like "more open" or "less crafted".

What do you think?

I loved AA, so I'm looking forward to trying out AC soon-ish.

It's better in every way to the first one. My only complaint with the game is that combat is laughably easy. But even that is fun, so I can't really think of any real criticisms for it.

Is there a harder difficulty level to match your skillz? I know from AA the combat was really simple but oddly satisfying. I always preferred the stealth myself though. I hope that's similarly improved.

This. To be honest the while game is for the most part easy but it doesn't matter cos its just so enjoyable. For the most part the gameplay is almost exactly the same as AA (if anything is different its better), but the setting, mix of activities and game structure is much better. And the story is EPIC.

Also theres the new game plus mode (haven't done that yet) but basically you start with all your gadgets and all the enemies and missions are much harder.

There's about twice as many gadgets, and an improved upgrade system, that gives you far more ways to take down the enemies in Predator mode. I myself played on Hard, and it was still easy, although the boss fights were sometimes quite difficult.
